The forged brass body ensures extended durability, and the flexibility of this product allows for easy updates with minimum mess.
If you're wondering whether this trim fits your valve, you'll be happy to know that it fits Moen Posi-Temp valves and is recommended for Moen Posi Temp valve 2510, 2520, 2570, or 2590 with cartridge 1222(B). However, it will NOT fit Moentrol valves and is recommended for Moentrol trim kits with cartridge 1200(B)/1225(B). Additionally, if you have a Moen standard valve, it is recommended to use Escutcheon 16090, 16090BN, or 16090BLC with cartridge 1200(B)/1225(B).
This product is available in Brushed Nickel, Chrome, and Matte Black finishes, and is made of brass. The lever style handle with a red/blue temperature indicator on the escutcheon makes it easy to adjust. Please note that this is a trim kit only, and the rough-in valve and cartridge are sold separately. The mounting hardware comes with the trim kit for easy installation.
