Installation Tips Before removing the old valve, be sure to inspect it. Make note of the position (top or bottom) of the white "H|C" indicator and place it in the same spot during assembly. Follow the installation instructions strictly, especially when installing the black patch. Be sure to lubricate the patch with grease to prevent cracking.
